L'iniziativa è finalizzata al restauro e ripristino di un complesso immobiliare denominato 'I Pretti', da adibire ad attività turistico ricettiva in grado di operare per tutto l'anno offrendo un servizio classificato quattro stelle. Nello specifico l'obiettivo dell'intervento è la realizzazione un residence di sedici unità abitative, del wine bar annesso e delle pertinenze scoperte relative alla corte interna con giardino e piscina. Le motivazioni alla base dell'investimento risiedono nelle potenzialità ed opportunità che il mercato turistico-alberghiero di Favignana e delle Egadi offrono e che la struttura può essere in grado di sfruttare, a fronte di un'offerta turistica fortemente sottodimensionata rispetto alla domanda.
