L'iniziativa è finalizzata alla trasformazione di una struttura alberghiera in disuso, in un residence turistico. L'edificio, attraverso opere di ristrutturazione e di adeguamento funzionale, è stato trasformato in residence turistico tre stelle, composto da diciassette appartamenti, una sala polivalente, una beauty farm, una sala colazione, un'area a disposizione dei sub per la pulizia e conservazione delle mute, un solarium e una terrazza attrezzata. La scelta della trasformazione in residence è nata dalla valutazione della domanda turistica dell'isola di Ustica, caratterizzata da un turismo adatto a famiglie e piccoli gruppi che preferiscono l'abitazione alla struttura alberghiera e potersi gestire in proprio i servizi.
