Il programma che si intende realizzare consiste nell'acquisto di un albergo. Tale investimento prevede la realizzazione di opere murarie di adeguamento funzionale e l'acquisto di arredi e attrezzature. Tutti questi interventi sono resi necessari dal fatto che la struttura alberghiera è rimasta inattiva per diversi anni, il che ha comportato un forte degrado dell'immobile accentuato dalla sua posizione sul porto che oggi, si desidera ammodernare e rendere funzionale per soddisfare le esigenze di una parte più esigente della clientela.
