Il programma consiste in una nuova iniziativa destinata al recupero di un immobile preesistente da destinare a struttura ricettiva alberghiera, definibile come albergo a tre stelle. Oggetto dell'investimento è principalmente la demolizione e ricostruzione di un fabbricato, seriamente danneggiato dal sisma avvenuto oltre venti anni fa. Oltre alle spese relative alle opere murarie, l'investimento prevede l'acquisto di attrezzature e arredi.
