Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'autoimpiego, regolate dal titolo II del D.Lgs 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro dei soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. Nello specifico, il progetto riguarda l'avvio di un laboratorio per la rigenerazione di cartucce inkjet e laser.
