Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'Autoimpiego, regolate dal Titolo II del D. LGS. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. Nello specifico, il progetto riguarda l'avvio di un'iniziativa imprenditoriale che si occupa dell'ideazione e realizzazione di campagne di comunicazione altamente innovative attraverso tecnologie olografiche interattive multimediali.
