Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'autoimpiego, regolate dal Titolo II del D. Lgs. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. L'iniziativa proposta riguarda la nascita di un laboratorio artigianale per la produzione di pasta fresca di vario formato, lunga e corta, ripiena con ingredienti vari, ed annessa vendita al pubblico.
