Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'autoimpiego, regolate dal Titolo II del D. Lgs. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro dei soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. In particolare, il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un'attività destinata alla fabbricazione di articoli di cartotecnica, quali buste di plastica per rifiuti, sacchetti shopper e buste trasparenti.
