Lgs. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. Nello specifico, il progetto prevede l'avvio di una iniziativa imprenditoriale specializzata nella messa in sicurezza e ripristino di sedi stradali e nella realizzazione di piccoli scavi.
