Nello specifico, il progetto prevede l'avvio di una realtà imprenditoriale specializzata nelle attività di costruzione, manutenzione, restauro, demolizione, completamento, rifinitura e progettazione di opere civili, industriali, stradali, ferroviarie ed idrauliche.
