Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'autoimpiego, regolate dal Titolo II del D. Lgs. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. Nello specifico, il progetto prevede l'avvio di un'attività imprenditoriale per la realizzazione di lavori edili per il recupero ed il ripristino di immobili in pietra di tufo, lavori generali di costruzione, manutenzioni e ristrutturazione di edifici.
