Il progetto rientra nelle misure in favore dell'autoimpiego, regolate dal Titolo II del D. Lgs. 185/00, che favoriscono l'inserimento nel mondo del lavoro di soggetti privi di occupazione, qualificano la professionalità dei soggetti beneficiari e diffondono e promuovono la cultura d'impresa, rappresentando un importante sostegno alle politiche di sviluppo territoriale. Nello specifico, l'iniziativa ha ad oggetto attività manifatturiere nel settore dell'industria tessile per la lavorazione ed il confezionamento di capi d'abbigliamento.
