La zona del complesso adibita ad impianti sportivi (su via Varthema) presenta cerniere strutturali ai piedi dei portali, con sezioni snelle degli elementi principali, motivo che rende particolarmente vulnerabile tale edificio. Occorrera quindi: verificare il comportamento statico dalle cerniere strutturali§; mettere in sicurezza i parapetti metallici collabenti ed i calcestruzzi a faccia a vista particolarmente ammalorati.
