All'interno del locale tecnico che ospita la centrale frigo e nei locali tecnici annessi, appurata la presenza di materiali contenenti amianto, diffusi nella coibentazione dei 4 tank da 2000 litri, nelle tubazioni, sulle guarnizioni e sul resto degli impianti, effettuati i necessari campionamenti massivi sul materiale sospetto, sono stati programmati gli interventi di bonifica in area confinata dinamica previsti dal DM 06/09/94.
