Bonifica rimozione e smaltimento di elementi contenenti amianto del fabbricato. Trattasi di un intervento complesso in quanto l'edificio è stato costruito con una struttura portante metallica e le murature ed i solai sono stati realizzati in pannelli sandwich contenenti al loro interno cemento amianto non compatto ma predisposto quale materiale con scopi di isolamento termico. Si evidenzia la complessità delle attività di confinamento e di bonifica dell'intero fabbricato.
