BONIFICA DELLA COPERTURA DELLA PALESTRA SCOLASTICA COMUNALE
SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il fabbricato oggetto di intervento è stato realizzato alla fine degli anni ¿70 ed è di proprietà comunale. Catastalmente è individuato al Foglio n. 11 Mappale 174. La palestra comunale è caratterizzata da una superficie coperta di circa 590 mq. Sopra la soletta in c.a.p. è posto doppio strato di lastre contenenti fibre di amianto ed è stata confinata circa 15 anni fa con lastre di lamiera preverniciata. Attualmente è in buono stato di conservazione con alcune minime parti in degrado. E¿ prevista la bonifica definitiva della copertura con rimozione del manto di copertura esistente e la rimozione della doppia lastra contenente amianto con adeguata procedura di smaltimento.
