L intervento prevede la messa in sicurezza con miglioramento strutturale dell intero fabbricato e all adeguamento funzionale con eliminazione delle barriere architettoniche. Il risanamento dell edificio permettera la realizzazione di una struttura con funzione di centro di accoglienza e di approfondimento culturale per studenti universitari. L immobile, rappresenta uno dei beni di maggiore interesse tipologico del paese e fino a poco tempo fa sede della struttura scolastica comunale ospitante le classi della scuola materna, elementare e media inferiore.
