Il progetto punta a realizzare un'analisi delle strutture organizzative e dei processi informativi dell'azienda, al fine di sviluppare, sperimentare e implementare nuove modalità organizzative e un sistema di pianificazione e rilevazione delle attività, che permetteranno una più elevata efficienza delle operazioni aziendali di pianificazione, erogazione e gestione dei servizi.
