Comparison with the bimonthly Bulletin MEF IGRUE
The General Inspectorate for Relations with the European Union of the State General Accounting Office of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF-RGS-IGRUE) started the publication of a bulletin related to the state of the art on the progress of the programmes financed by the EU funds since the 2007-2013 programming period, having as a basis the bimonthly consolidated data of the National Monitoring System, which also represents the information base of the OpenCoesione portal for projects in progress.
Starting from the data referring to 30th April 2018, the Bulletin of the 2014-2020 programming period is published, which has extended its scope of reference to all the cohesion policies subject to monitoring and no longer just to European programmes.
The bulletins can be found in the "Publications area" of the IGRUE website (only in Italian language).

2014-2020 programming period: The data refer to the Structural and Investment Funds (ESI Funds) and the mandatory national co-financing allocation, to the national resources of the Italian national co-financing addressed at Complementary Operational Programs (POC) and to Plans and Programs financed by the Development and Cohesion Fund (FSC). 2007-2013 programming period: The data refer to European Programmes financed by the Structural Funds (ERDF and ESF). The 2007-2013 IGRUE bulletins can be consulted in the IGRUE website archive separately by objectives convergence and competitiveness. |
The data displayed on the portal refer to the entire cohesion policy in Italy: Structural Funds (ERDF and ESF) with relative national co-financing, to the resources of the Italian national co-financing for Complementary Operational Programs (POC) and Plans and Programs financed by the Development Fund and Cohesion (FSC). The projects of the 2014-2020 programming period financed with the ESI Funds other than the Structural Funds, therefore European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development EAFRD and European Maritime and Fisheries Fund EMFF are available on the portal only in open data section and cannot be consulted by the means of interactive portal navigation. |

More about the bimonthly Bulletin on Monitoring Cohesion Policies
For the 2014-2020 programming period, IGRUE ensures at central level both the monitoring of the programmes co-financed by the ESI Funds as well as of the complementary programmes envisaged under the 2014-2020 Partnership Agreement financed by the Italian national co-financing pursuant to law no.183 (Article 1, paragraph 245, law 27/12/2013, n. 147 - 2014 Stability Law) and the interventions financed by the Development and Cohesion Fund (Article 1, paragraph 703, letter l, law 23/12 / 2014, n.190 - 2015 Stability Law). The bulletin illustrates the bimonthly state of implementation of the ERDF and ESF Funds 2014-2020 - highlighting the trend by category of region (in transition, less developed, more developed), by thematic objective and by individual operational programmes - as well as the interventions financed with resources of the Italian national co-financing for Complementary Operational Programs and of the Development and Cohesion Fund which on the same date are present in the National Monitoring System.
