Programme Management
A sound management of the CBC programme is the pre-condition for its effective implementation. The project aims to ensure an adequate management and control environment of the Programme guaranteeing that all implementation steps are timely and properly executed.The management activities require the set up of the Managing Authority administrative structure and the attribution of an adequate number of highly motivated and experienced human resources. Further training of staff will be ensured.The MA will take care also of procedures needed to ensure Calls for proposals assessment, Communication activities, Programme Monitoring and Evaluation actions. The MA also ensures the conditions for a fully operational Certifying Authority.
