TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROJECT FOR "FLC HR+branch offices"
CRO FLC: Setting-up and implementing procedures for control of implemented operations is one of the elements needed for sound management of the CBC programme and its effective implementation. Control Body (CB) in Croatia appointed for control of operations is the Directorate for First Level Control within the Agency for Regional Development (ARD). The control activities are performed by the First level controllers (FLC), staff permanently employed by the ARD. FLC are responsible for verifying the legality and regularity of the expenditure declared by each lead beneficiary and/or project partner participating in the operation located on its territory (in Croatia).JS BO in CRO: The JS Branch offices shall assist the MA and the MC in carrying out their respective functions. By providing support to mentioned programme bodies, JS BOs will ensure greater involvement of these structures in the joint management and control of the activities on the entire Programme area.
