SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
Il Progetto di Ricerca, sviluppo e innovazione, in collaborazione con DIIN, ha i seguenti obiettivi:- sviluppo di nuovi prodotti (nocciole pelate, creme da spalmare),- confezionamenti innovativi e/o funzionali biodegradabili,- recupero e valorizzazione degli scarti di lavorazione al fine di un loro impiego nella produzione di integratori alimentari, alimenti funzionali e cosmetici.
