L'impresa nasce nel 2000 assorbendo l'attivita' della ditta individuale Michelis Giuliano. Nei primi anni svolge attivita' di edilizia privata poi per far fronte alla crisi del settore si specializza nel montaggio dei tralicci per la telefonia mobile. In seguito si e' indirizzata alla fornitura di impianti fotovoltaici chiavi in mano, senza mai abbandonare del tutto l'edilizia residenziale ed industriale. Nel 2019 e' continuata l'attivita' nel fotovoltaico e nella manutenzione edile di stabilimenti industriali e cliniche ospedaliere.
